摘要
本实验研究表明,对于含有高价锑的氧化锑矿(如Sb_2O_4和Sb_8O_(13)),采用湿法冶炼时,无论是用碱法或用酸法直接浸出,结果均不理想,锑的浸出率小于70%。如在酸浸流程中引入碳还原预处理方法,锑的总浸出率可提高到93—95%。碳还原的目的,是将矿石中的高价锑氧化物Sb_8O_(13)用碳在600—650℃温度下还原成易为盐酸溶液浸出的低价锑氧化物。根据实验结果,提出了处理该氧化锑矿和生产出锑白Sb_2O_3的流程。
The Sb recovery of an antimony oxide ore containing Sb2O4 and Sb6O13, by either basic or acid direct leaching, was not more than 70%.However, with the carbon reduction at the temperature of 600-650℃, the Sb recovery can go up to 93-95% with 6M HC1 under the conditions of 90℃ and lh. Based on the results obtained, a flowsheet for treatment of the ore with producing antimony trioxide Sb2O3 was proposed.
