提出海水除锈 ,清水冲洗的设计思路 ,采用高压水射流和干喷砂相结合 ,研制了通用型船用高压水 -磨料除锈机 ,既解决了高压水除锈用水量大与沿海地区淡水资源缺乏的矛盾 ,又极大地改善了干喷砂污染环境的问题 ,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。确定了最佳除锈工艺条件。

The author has proposed a new concept of seawater rust removing and fresh water cleaning. A universal high pressure hydro-abrasive rust removing machine, which combines the high pressure water injection and dry blasting, has been developed, to solve the conflict of necessity of plenty of water supply for high pressure water rust removing and lack of fresh water in coast regions,and improve the environmental pollution by dry blasting, showing potential economic and social benefits. The optimum rust removing process is finalized.
