用环烷酸从盐酸中萃取提纯氧化钇

摘要 本文着重叙述用环烷酸从盐酸中萃取分离钇,其较好的工艺条件是:平衡水相pH为4.28—5.00,平衡水相稀土浓度为0.5—0.9mol/L,有机相中环烷酸浓度为15—20%,皂化度为80%左右。介绍了我国生产Y_2O_3≥99.99%的两种工艺流程。 In this paper the extraction separation of yttrium with naphthenic acid from hydrochloric acid solution is described. The optimum conditions of the extraction separation of yttrium were as follows:in the equilibrium aqueous phase the range of pH value was 4. 28-5. 00 ;the concentration of rare earths was 0.5-0. 9mol/L;the concentration of naphthenic acid in the organic phase was 15 - 20% and the saponification number was about 80%. Both processes used in production can offer Y2O2 with purity of ≥99.99%
