Preliminary Study on the Development of Animal Husbandry in Hebei Province

2 0 0 0年河北省肉、蛋、奶总产量分别达到 4.353× 1 0 9kg、3 .570 3× 1 0 9kg、9.62 1× 1 0 8kg ,分别比 1 985年增长 5 .4倍、1 0 .8倍、1 2 .3倍 ,畜牧业产值占农业总产值的 39.73 % ,已成为畜牧产业大省。

In 2000,the total amount of meat,eggs and milk in Hebei Province has reached 4.353×10 9 kg,3.5703×10 9 kg and 9.621×10 8 kg respectively,which were 5.4 times,10.8 times and 12.3 times as much as that in 1985.The output value of the animal husbandry was 39.73% of the total of agriculture.All these data indicate that Hebei has become one of the biggest provinces in husbandry.According to Hebei's problems and favourable conditions in hubsbandry,we propose five means to develop the husbandry industry.
