摘要
以固体超强酸Fe2 O3 -SO2 -4 为催化剂合成了苹果酯 ,并考察了催化剂的活化温度、催化剂的用量、反应物摩尔比等因素对收率的影响。实验结果表明 ,合成苹果酯的最佳条件为 :乙酰乙酸乙酯的用量在 0 .1mol的情况下 ,用固体超强酸Fe2 O3-SO2 -4 为催化剂 ,催化剂的活化温度 50 0℃ ,催化剂的用量 1 .75g ,反应物摩尔比 1 :2。
The synthetization of fructone with acetylacetic ether and ethanediol as reactants and solid super strong acid Fe 2O 3-SO 2- 4 as catalyst has been studied.The influent conditions of reactants on the yield of tests,such as the activation temperature of catalyst,the amount of catalyst used,the molar ratio of acetylacetic ether to ethanediol,are investigated.The result shows that the appropriate conditions should be:activation temperature of catalyst:500℃;weight of catalyst:1.75g(weight if acetylacetic ether 0.1 molar);molar ratio of acetylacetic ether to ethanediol:1:2
