If a mature volleyball team wants to behave well during the match,the players should have high skills,know the strategy,and have better psychological reaction.The players should understand the rule well and apply it appropriately.After carrying out the new rule,the original scoring rule by serving a ball is changed into scoring by every ball.Thus,the demands about playing volleyball are clear and delicate,every player should avoid mistakes.The cooperation between offending and denfending in the stages needs strengthening on accuracy and proficiency.
