摘要
本文研究了坚硬、性脆、致密的火山岩型铀矿石堆浸过程中高铁离子和淋滤方式的影响。用统计数学方法处理数据,求得10g/L Fe^(3+)+5g/L H_2SO-4溶液和5g/L H_2SO_4溶液分别作淋浸剂的浸出速率比为。不同淋-停比时,浸出率与矿石粒度的关系为:。用高铁溶液作淋浸剂,并选择适当的淋-停比是缩短堆浸周期、提高经济效益的有效措施。
The effects of high iron ion and spraying patterns were studied on the heap leaching of the hard,brittle and compact volcanic rock type uranium ore. On the basis of statistical mathematics,the follow-ings were obtained; the leaching velocity rates ratio was y'F/y'H = 1. 205e-0.123/6 ,when the solution containing 10g/L Fe3+ + 5g/L H2SO4 or 5g/L H2SO4 was used as leaching agent. At different spraying-pause time ratios, the relationships between leaching rate and ore size were: y17/34 = 0.9907 -0. 0467D;y14/58 = 0. 9985 - 0. 0358D and y14/82= 0. 9922 - 0. 0292D. Using high iron solution as leaching agent and selecting the proper spraying-pause time ratio were the effective measurements for shortening the heap leaching cycle and improving the economic effect.
