摘要
随着经济体制改革的不断深入,知识经济的兴起,我国的高等教育体制改革也进入了进一步深化的阶段。计划经济体制下形成的高校内部管理体制已不再适应市场经济的需要,存在诸多弊端,严重阻碍着高等教育的发展,面对新形势的挑战,高校内部管理在思想观念、管理模式、手段等方面亟待突破传统。由于诸多因素的制约,高校内部管理体制改革遇到种种困难,必须针对这些因素找出有效的应对措施,积极推行新一轮校内管理体制改革。
With the intensifying of economic s ystem reform and the rising of knowle dge economy,the structural reform o f higher education in our country has entered a stage for further deepening.The in ner management system of colleges an d universities formed under the planned economy system has no longer been able to fit in with the n eeds of market -oriented economy.Numerous drawbacks exist in such a system,which seriously hinder the development of higher e ducation.Faced with the challenge o f a new situation,the inner management of colleges and universities urgently needs to break through the tradition in the respect of ideology,management mode and means.Due to the restriction of various factors,the structural reform o f inner management of colleges and universities has encountered all sorts of difficulties.Thus,effective measures aimed at these difficul ties must be found to actively carry o ut a new round of structural reform of inside -university management.
