经济全球化是世界经济发展的一个客观过程,它是一股不以人们的意志为转移的巨大历史潮流。经济全球化在给各国带来空前发展机遇的同时,也给各国尤其是发展中国家带来了前所未有的挑战。面对经济全球化的机遇与挑战,我们必须认清本国在经济全球化过程中的地位,主动地接受世界市场的运行机制,按世界市场的规则办事,屏弃传统的“国家迷信”,不断地根据世界市场的变化调整国家的宏观经济调控政策,并且加强与世界市场中所有行为体的合作。只有这样,我们才能把握住历史发展的潮流,使自己立于不败之地。

Economic globalization is an objective process of world economic development. It is a great historical trend that is independent of man's will. While bringing unprecedented development opportunities, economic globalization also brings serious challenges to every country, especially to the developing countries. Facing opportunities and confronting challenges, we must recognize our own status in the course of economic globalization, conscientiously accept the mechanism governing the performance of world market, and act according to its rules and regulations. We have to abandon the traditional 'blind faith in state' and constantly adjust our macro economic policy along with the changes of the world market. Only thus, are we able to catch up with the historical tide and remain invincible.
