摘要
疑问代词除了表示询问、任指和虚指外,还有一种重要的用法:表示否定。文章以“什么”为例,分类讨论“什么”的否定用法及其语义特征,并分析了疑问代词表示否定的形成原因及语用功能。
Besides expressing inquiry, free reference and form reference, interrogative pronouns have another important function: expressing negation. Taking what as an example, the paper discusses its various negative uses & semantic features and analyses the causes of the negative usage of interrogative pronouns and their pragmatic function as well.
