在以往社会主义民主政治建设的过程中 ,注重了党内民主的内容 ,忽视了民主表现的合法渠道 ;强调了国体民主 ,忽视了政体民主的程序建设。加强社会主义民主政治的程序建设 ,一要完善民主政治程序的立法建设 ;
In the course of building socialist democratic politics,we paid attention to the content of inner--party democracy and ignored legal canal of democratic expression;stressed statem democracy and ignored rocedure--building of polity democratic.We must perfect legislative building of democratic politics procedure and standardize attending canal of democratic politics for strengthen procedure--building of socialist democratic politics.
