在信息技术高度发展的今天,有关信息开发中的道德问题仍然是国内外研究中的薄弱环节。本文对信息开发中的道德问题集中进行了阐释和揭示,确立了信息开发的道德原则,并就信息开发中道德制约的内在化及外在制度层面的因素进行了比较深入的探讨。

Information technology has been widely used in contemporary society, however, moral problems resulting from the exploitation of information resources have rarely been considered. This paper explains and reveals the moral problems concerning the exploitation of information resources, establishes the moral principles governing it, and discusses the internalization and external conditions of the moral control over the tapping of information resources
