On the Elaborate Way of Cifu

铺陈是辞赋的基本创作方法。散布式、段落式、递进式、并列式为辞赋的四种铺陈方法。所谓散布式的铺陈方法是指把同一内容的诗句或诗节,散布在整篇作品中。段落式的铺陈方法是指作品中用一个诗段或自然段落描绘某一个主题。递进式的铺陈方法是指整篇作品或整个段落在铺陈时,采取层层递进、步步深入的描述方法,具有纵向性。并列式的铺陈方法是指全篇作品或整个段落从各个不同的方位、方面进行描绘的方法,使描绘的对象具有横向性。

Elaboration is the basic writing method of cifu. There are four kinds of elaboration: dispersed elaboration, paragraphed elaboration, successively progressing elaboration, and juxtaposed elaboration. Dispersed elaboration means that poetic lines or stanzas expressing the same content are spread throughout the text of cifu. Paragraphed elaboration means that the author describes one theme in one paragraph. The successively progressing elaboration implies that the author writes works or paragraphs by adopting the approach of layer-upon-layer and step - by-step development. This method is characterized by longitudinality. And by juxtaposed elaboration it is meant that the author depicts one subject from different directions or in terms of different aspects in the whole work or paragraph, thus rendering the object of description to develop crosswise.
