Pursuit of the Idea of Construction and Development of Society Ruled by Law in Asia

探讨中国以及亚洲法治社会的建构与发展,必须高度重视研究其主体主观层面的“理念追求”。对于“理念”和“理念追求”概念的哲理性解析,是本论题法哲学实体内容法理分析的必要前提。而本文所谓亚洲法治社会建构与发展“理念追求”的实体内容应当包括三个层面,即“法治本体要件的原则理念”、“法治社会建构与发展的策略理念”和“文化与法文化发展的战略理念”。

In the process of a research on construction and development of the society ruled by law in China and Asia, more attention must be paid to the pursuit of idea of its subjective aspects. A philosophical explanation of the concepts of the idea and its pursuit is the necessary premise of this philosophic jurisprudential research on the subject, the substantial content of which includes three parts: the principal idea of conditions of the subject of rule by law, the tactical idea of construction and development of the society ruled by law and the strategic idea of development of culture and culture of law.
