Self-criticism of the Supervisory system for Judicature

为维护司法公正 ,杜绝司法腐败 ,必须建立起一整套简练高效的司法监督体制 ,然而在这一体制的设计上却存在着一些缺陷。从程序内和程序外两方面具体分析了我国司法监督体制所存在的问题 。

For defending fair judicature and stopping judicial corruption, a set of terse and efficient supervisory system for judicature must be built up. But there are some defects in the designing of this system. The article analyzes these problems in supervisory system for judicature from both inside procedure and outside-procedure, and puts forward the reform methods correspondingly.
