On the Etiquette of Respect for Teachers and foundation of Schools among Hsienpei Noblemen in North Dynasty

北朝鲜卑族建立的少数民族政权 ,其宗法观念、继承制度与汉王朝基本一致。特别是上层贵族向往中原礼仪文化形成了一种风尚 ,对祭孔礼仪有一定的明确规定 ,还有讲学之礼、释奠之礼和束修之礼。北朝鲜卑贵族对尊师兴学之礼又作了革新和变通 。

In North dynasty,Hsienpei people founded an ethnic political power,which patriarchal idea and inheritance systems were the same as Han dynasties.Especially,it was a prevailing custom for the upper classes to yearn Han etiquette in Central Place.They had clear and definite retiquette regularities about some cultural activities,including Confucian commemoration lectures,respecting teachers and tuition.Hsienpei noblemen reformed and accommodated the etiquette of respecting teachers and founding schools,and made the etiquette a successful model of interchange and integration of ethnic cultures.
