关于构建我省企业信息资源管理系统的研究

On the Building of Information Resources Management System at Enterprises of Hebei Province

介绍河北省大中型企业信息资源管理经历的几个发展阶段,根据现有河北省企业信息资源管理的基础,提出河北省企业建立IRM体制应注意的几个具体问题。

In China, the study of information resources management is still in embryo, and the works on it are few. Therefore, it is necessary to have a general knowledge of what information resources management is and what it consists of. Large and medium - sized enterprises in Hebei Province have come through the phases of traditional management and technical management, and are now forming their own thinking, organization, technique and planned - management foundation.This paper proposes the method of IBM which should be car-tied out in Hebei Province. At last, altogether eight concrete issues to which more attention should be paid are put forward.
