Nan - Numerical Arrangement of Chinese Newspapers Commonly Used for Manual and Computerized Search

将“中文期刊刊名汉语拼音首字母—全拼排序法”及国家新闻出版署报纸“类别代码”引入中文报纸的排序,实现了中文报纸报名排序的统一和分类排序的统一,以及中文报纸手工排序和计算机排序的统一;实现了中文报纸报名的计算机快速检索,将中文报名的计算机检索速度提高到了比用全拼检索一个汉字还要高的程度。

A name arrangement of Chinese newspapers has been developed based on adopting both the 'all - spelling arrangement of Chinese periodical titles by their spelling name's acronyms' and the 'classification codes of newspapers' issued by Chinese National News Publishing Office. By the new arrangement method, not only the unity of the arrangement of Chinese newspapers' names and the classification arrangement, but also the unity of manual and computerized arrangement of Chinese newspapers could be achieved . In addition, rapid retrieval on computer of Chinese newspapers could be realized by this method. As a result, the computer retrieving rate for Chinese newspapers has so dramatically increased that the searching time for a name of newspapers can be less than that for a Chinese character in its spelling form on an average.
