加入WTO之后 ,人力资源开发日益受到普遍的关注。图书馆在人力资源开发中的地位和作用不可低估 ,其作用主要表现在文化教育。

After the China's entry into WTO, much attention has been paid to the human resources development. This article holds that the status and roles of libraries are inestimable. Their roles can be brought into full play in three different aspects: cultural education, continuing education and the construction of spiritual civilization.
