西部长输管道的建设,由于沿线地形复杂、气候条件恶劣、工程规模巨大等状况,作者结合花格输油管道的施工技术与经验,提出在工程中实行项目法施工,采取分段、分期进行;抓设备配件的供应;抓管材质量检验工作。并对施工方法及技术要求作了论述。

In the construction of long distance pipeline in western China, there will be such difficulties as complicated terrain along the right of way, harsh climate and giant project etc. thus, the author points out that the project shall be divided into sections and periods for constrution and that the supply of equipments and parts and the inspection of pipe quality shall be controlled based on the construction technique and the experience of Huatugou-Germu Oil Pipeline. The construction method and the technical requirement have been talked about too in the paper.
