摘要
用一台常规的真空镀膜机改建为化学气相沉积 (CVD)系统 ,并用以制备金刚石薄膜 .采用SEM、XRD、Raman测试表明 ,金刚石薄膜质量较好 .
Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) system with vacuum plating equipment was rebuilt,and in the prepareation of diamond films by it.Results indicate that the films of the structure of diamond by using SEM,XRD,Ramam is better.
