介绍了供热系统热计量技术的发展及我国供热系统的现状 ,阐明了在我国目前情况下 ,新建建筑和旧建筑实行热计量的户内系统设计方案和主要技术措施 ,并分别指出了其优缺点和适用范围 .

In this paper the development of heat measurement technology and present conditions of domestic heating systems are introduced.The designing schemes and main technical measures to carry out the family heat measurement in the house systems of new and old buildings under existing conditions of our country are developed.Their advantages, disadvantages and applicability are also indicated.
