氟金云母填充环氧树脂复合材料研究

摘要 分别用标准氟金云母和改性氟金云母填充环氧树脂 ,制得了氟金云母 /环氧树脂复合材料 ;对其力学性能进行了测试 ,并用扫描电子显微镜对其微观组织和形态进行了观察分析 ;研究了氟金云母的性质、质量分数同该复合材料力学性能之间的关系 .结果表明 :改性氟金云母对环氧树脂具有较好的增强作用 ,当其质量分数为 10 %时 ,复合材料的弯曲强度可提高 5 0 % ,弹性模量可提高10 0 % ;标准氟金云母虽然可提高弹性模量 ,但却使弯曲强度下降 . Some new composites were obtained by adding the standard and modified fluorophlogopite flakes into epoxy resin respectively, and their mechanical properties were tested in different conditions. Their microstructures and morphology were investigated with SEM technique. Furthermore, the relationships between the characteristics and mass fraction of fluorophlogopite and their mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the composites filled with the modified fluorophlogopite have excellent flexural properties. When the mass fraction of the modified fluorophlogopite is 10%, the flexural strength of the composite increases by 50% and its flexural modulus increase by 100%. However, in contrast to the modified fillers, the standard ones make flexural strength decrease dramatically.
