摘要 本文根据弹性力学接触理论,用有限元混合法对输油管道快开盲板结构的工作应力进行了初步分析,得到了凸形盲板、凹形卡箍和筒体凸缘附近的接触应力场和位移场,利用等应力线图绘出了接触应力和应力集中区应力的分布规律。同时对盲板、卡箍和筒体作出了安全评定,并对密封圈的开槽位置提出了初步意见。 Based on the contacting theory of elastic mechanics, the paper applies the mixed method of finite element to the structrural stress of quick-open blind used in oil pipeline' for preliminary analysis. Thus, the contacting stress around raised blind, depressed clamp and cylinder flange have been obtained and the patterns of distributed stress on its contacting and concentrating area have been drawn by ntilizing symmetry stress line chart. At the same time, it has made an eraluation on the safety of blind, clamp and cylinder and has made a preliminary opinion on the slotting position of sealing ring as well.
