双盘悬臂转子系统碰磨响应的分叉与混沌特性分析 被引量:5

摘要 建立了八自由度 1 6阶的双盘转子在 2个盘上分别存在碰磨力情况的运动方程 ,结合摩擦学 Coulomb模型给出了新的碰磨力表达关系式 .分析了双盘转子系统的碰磨现象和非线性响应特性 ,分析了系统的各种参数对系统分叉的影响和系统进入混沌的通道 ,发现了由拟周期进入混沌的通道和由阵发性进入混沌的通道 .研究表明 ,支承 1与圆盘 1间的距离变小或支承 2与圆盘 2的距离变小容易导致系统不稳定 .碰磨刚度或圆盘 The dynamic equations of an over hung rotor system with two disks excited by rub impact force were derived and a new formula for calculating rub impact force was introduced by using Coulomb friction model. The rub impact phenomenon and the nonlinear bifurcation and chaos response of the rotor system were analyzed. The influence of system parameters on the bifurcation of system response was studied and the route for system response entering chaos was given. It is found that there are two routes for the system response entering into chaos: one is from quasi\|period and the other is from intermittence. The influence of support positions on the system response was also studied. The results indicate that the decrease of the distance between support 1 and disk 1 or between support 2 and disk 2 will make the system unstable. The bigger the stiffness and the unbalance parameters of disk 1 are, the easier for the system to become unstable.
