摘要
在裂纹转子的非线性特性分析中考虑了裂纹产生对转子两个主方向刚度的影响 ,并以此为基础在旋转坐标下建立了裂纹转子的非线性动力学模型 ,裂纹的“开闭”取决于转子振动、不平衡与重力的综合作用 .利用数值方法对裂纹转子的振动响应进行了计算 ,并根据数值计算的结果分析转子系统振动随不平衡、转速等参数变化的分叉混沌特性 .同时 ,对系统响应的功率谱进行计算得出 。
Nonlinear characteristics of the cracked rotor were investigated. The numerical simulation can be used to obtain the vibration of the rotor. When the crack opens, the rotor will weaken not only in the crack direction but also in the perpendicular direction of it. The vibration in the crack direction determines the breathing of the crack. The chaos and bifurcation phenomena can be found when the parameters of the differential equation reach special values. The subharmonics in simulated power spectrum is proposed to be an effective tool of crack identification.
