浅论我国的失业保险与再就业

Discussion on the Workless Insurance and Rework in Our Country

建立适应市场经济体制的社会保障体系 ,完善失业保险制度 ,对维护社会稳定、促进再就业与经济发展、社会资源的合理配置具有重要作用。当前 ,在完善我国失业保险制度的过程中 ,应着重解决一些思想认识上的问题 ,解决我国失业保险制度改革中存在的问题 ,使下岗人员转变思想观念 ,转变择业观念 ,促进再就业工作的发展。建立权利与义务相对应的失业保险制度 ,促进社会资源合理流动 ,维护社会稳定和经济发展 ,进一步完善我国的社会保障制度。

It is important for China to construct a suitable system of social assurance to Chinese citizens under market economy.It is also essential to make the workless insurance system reach perfection.Because it needs to maintain a steadfast society and the development of economy,and to use social resource more reasonable.Presently,there are some problems of workless knowledge in people's mind and some problems of innovations in the workless insurance when the workless insurance system is perfected.So it needs to make a balance between rights and obligations and perfect assurance system to maintain development of stable market economy and steadfast society.
