养老保险是社会保障的一个重要内容 ,事关经济发展和稳定大局。本文着重说明了中国选择混合制养老保险的必然性 ,分析了现行养老保险的一些不足并提出了对现行的一些政策加以改进的建议。

Old age insurance is important in social security and also related to economic development and political steady. This paper mainly tells the reason why China choose SP&IRA model and gives some policy suggestion about present old age insurance.
