摘要
公共关系的本质是组织与其公众之间的利益关系 ,公众利益第一的原则是市场营销的生命线。只有按照公共关系的本质和生命线的要求进行市场营销 ,才能切实有效地树立和维护良好的企业形象 ,良好的企业形象又会进一步促进市场营销的发展。
The essence of Public Relations is the interest-benefit relationship between an organization and its public,the lifeblood of Public Relations is the principle that the interests and benefits of the general public always come first.Only by acting in accordance with the requirements set forth by the lifeblood of Public Relations and of its basic essence can an enterprise truly and effectively create and keep an excellent corporate image in the process of marketing
