摘要
在长输管线工程设计中经常遇到局部干扰问题。通过实验,研究了组合后局部阻力系数ζ值的变化规律;证实了两弯头间的长径比,液体流经的方向和所在平面相互关系以及进口条件对ζ值的影响。提出了干扰修正系数C,可用于估算局部阻力干扰的水头损失。
It is quite often to meet with the problem of local interference in engineering design of long distance pipeline. In the experiment, the varying law of local resistance factor (ζ value ) has been studied after combination. It has been shown in the paper that ζ value would be influenced by the length-diameter ratio between two bends, the direction of flowing fluid, the mutual relation of concerned plane and the suction requirement. It raises the point of interference revision factor C which may be used in the evaluation of head loss for local resistance interference.
