利用离子色谱法 ,选用具有双功能基的分析柱、PDCA洗脱体系以及 5- Br- PADAP柱后衍生体系 ,建立了汞的高灵敏度测定方法 ,对样品的分析结果表明 ,其他金属离子对 Hg2
A highly sensitive method of determination of Hg 2+ is developed by ion chromatography.Hg 2+ can be well separated on a bifunctional ion exchange column by EDTA eluent,coupled with sepectrophotometric detection after post column detervatization with 5 Br PADAP.
