摘要
阐明了基准地价评估中地价与土地质量指数的数学模型研究的研究方法、建模过程 ,并以南京市为例进行了数学建模试验 。
The thesis illuminate the way and the course of constructing math model of the study on the connection between land price and land quality in evaluating standard land price.At last,the author make a test on the base of Nanjing city's data and put forward some advice.
