摘要
从除去无机杂质和有机杂质两方面研究了得到高品位叁季戊四醇的方法 ,使叁季戊四醇产品中的单季戊四醇、双季戊四醇及灰份含量均得到显著的下降 ,其中单季从 7%降至 3%以下 ,双季从18.5 %降至 11% ,灰份从 0 .95 %降至 0 .5 %以下。将此工艺应用于工业生产 ,取得了满意的效果。
This article introduces the method of producing high-grade tripentaerythritol by removing inorganic and organic impurities. As a result, contents of mono-pentaerythritol, di-pentaerythritol and ash are significantly decreased in the finished tripentaerythritol, where mono-pentaerythritol content changes form 7% to 3%, di-pentaerythritol content changes from 18.5% to 11% and ash content changes form 0.95% to 0.5% below. This process has been successfully used in industrial production.
