摘要
研究了结合剂种类、石墨和特级高铝矾土熟料加入量对镁铝碳 (MAC)制品高温性能的影响。结果表明 :结合剂的性能显著影响MAC制品的高温性能 ,树脂类结合剂结合试样的高温性能优于水玻璃结合的 ;随着C含量增加 ,MAC制品的高温抗折强度降低 ,但抗渣和抗热震性能提高 ;在一定的Al2 O3含量范围内 ,MAC制品的高温力学性能优于镁碳砖 ,主要原因是其基质中生成的致密晶间尖晶石提高了基质中高熔点晶体间的直接结合程度。
Effects of variety of binder,additions of graphite and special grade high-alumina bauxite chamotte on high temperature properties of magnesia-alumina-carbon (MAC)products were studied.The results reveal that:(1)The property of binder influences the high-temperature properties of MAC products remarkably,and the high-temperature properties of the resin binder bonded products are better than those of the water glass bonded ones;(2)The hot modulus of rupture of the product decreases,and its slag resistance and thermal shock resistance are improved with the increase of carbon content;(3)The high-temperature mechanical properties of MAC products are better than those of magnesia-carbon products when Al 2O 3 content is in a certain range mainly because dense intercrystalline spinel formed in the matrix of MAC products improves the direct-bonding degree between the high-melting point crystalline in the matrix.
