Development and debugging of 18 m^3 completely automatically-controlled nitridation firing shuttle kiln with lightweight diesel oil as fuel

介绍了国内自行研制的 18m3、14 80℃全自控燃油氮化烧成梭式窑的主要结构特点与调试。实践证明 ,该窑各项指标均能达到从英国引进窑炉的水平 ,但其价格仅为引进窑炉的 1/ 3左右。

The main structural features and debugging process of the developed nitridation firing shuttle kiln with capacity of 18 m-3 and max.firing temperature of 1480 ℃ were presented.The trial run results prove that all indices of the kiln reach those of the similar one imported from UK but its price is only about 1/3 of the imported kiln.
