In the past, factors would not be considered because of the increasement of heater' s thermal load after replacement of high efficiency pump in the calculation of power saving and oil saving after replacement of high efficiency pump and heater. Based on the whole analysis of thermal process, the paper puts forward the method for calculation of power saving and oil saving and makes the analysis on the calculating result through a practical case.
