摘要
介绍了一种用于低密度纤维增强反应注射成型聚氨酯材料的聚氨酯原液LDSRIM 10 0 0的工艺特性。该原液具有优良的反应流动性、良好的工艺宽容度 ,注射成型时脱模时间快、初始强度高。以该原液为基础 ,以长玻璃纤维或天然纤维为增强材料 ,材料中纤维的质量分数在 10 %~6 0 %之间 ,可制得密度在 0 .2~ 0 .8g/cm3范围的增强聚氨酯材料 。
The technological characteristic of liquid polyurethane system for low density and structural reinforcing reaction injection molding (SRIM) material was introduced. The LDSRIM 1000 system has good reaction flowability and technical latitude, shorter demoulding time and higher initial product strength. The SRIM PU with density range 0.2~ 0.8 g/cm 3 were prepared from LDSRIM 1000, 10%~60% by weight long glass fibers or natural fibers.The polyurethane products has good mechanical properties and thermotolerance.
