摘要
低聚木糖是低聚糖中有效服用量最小的糖类,具有低聚糖的所有优良性质。山东省食品发酵工业研究设计院采用生物技术以农业副产品为原料来生产低聚木糖,从自然界选育出一株产木聚糖酶的短小芽孢杆菌,采用u.v+NTG诱变获得高酶活力菌株,优化培养基配方,研究了酶的一般性质和作用条件,进行了发酵罐中试生产,利用产出的酶制剂进行了酶解生产低聚木糖的实验,得到了含量70%的低聚木糖糖浆。
Xylooligosaccharide is one of the
carbohydrates with the smallest efficient dose compared with oligosaccharides, but has all the fine properties of the oligosaccharides. Shandong Food Fermentation Research & Design Institute has produced the xylooligosaccharides by biological technology using the by-product of the agriculture. They have obtained a Bacillus pumilus from the natural world which can produce xylanase, and then extra strain gained by inducing with u. v + NTG and opti- mizing substrate formula. The general properties of enzyme and reaction conditions has been studies, pilot experiment has been carried out and xylooligosac- charide treacle (with xylooligosaccharide content as high as 70% ) has been received on the base of the obtained enzyme preparation.
