中国在入世后的10年左右 ,正处于转型经济中。应该通过调节社会总需求、社会总供给等政策工具 ,实现合理搭配 。

China will be still at the stage of economic model change in the next some ten years after it is a WTO member. To reach the target of internal-external equilibrium in China's macro-economy , the following step should be abopted: the reasonable policy coordination should be based on the adjustment of policy means, such as the adjustment of gross social demand and supply.
