摘要
运用静力学原理对背越式跳高教学中的杆上一瞬时的反弓身动作技术进行了研究 .作者认为 :要做到运动员身体从杆上越过 ,而人体重心则从杆下通过 ,必须加大运动员过杆一瞬间的反弓身弧形弯曲度 ,并得出 :如果(R-yc) >0 ,则人体重心就可以处在横杆之下 ;如果 (R-yc) <0 ,则人体重心就会处在横杆之上的结论。因此 ,在教学中 。
Uing the bending body action technology in progress research,the author thinks during last instant of statics principle to the pole in back of the body getting over type high jump teaching sportsman's body is crossed from the pole,but the human body center of gravity from the pole by way must enlarge that the sportsman crosses in twinkling on the pole contrary and bends that the body are winding(ly) spends,if reaching:(R-yc>0),but the human body center of gravity can be in below the horizontal rod,the anti-bow body winding degree action technical training should be strengthened to go up in the teaching if but(R-yc)<0, body center of gravity can be in conclusion above the horizontal rod.
