试论高新技术成果的产业化

A Tentative View of the Commercialization of Hi-tech Results

当今世界科学技术日新月异 ,一个国家综合国力和国际竞争力的强弱 ,主要取决于科学技术水平、技术创新能力及其高新技术产业化水平。由于我国科技体制改革滞后 ,高新技术成果有效供给不足 ,高新技术产业化 ,投资机制不健全等诸多原因 ,致使我国新技术成果商品化、市场化程度低 ,高新技术产业化发展缓慢。我国应从深化科技体制改革 ,建立有效的融资机制 ,大力发展教育等方面入手 ,加快高新技术产业化的步伐。

In today's world, the comprehensive national strength and international competitive capacity of a country mainly depend on its level of science and technology, its ability of technological innovation and its level of hi tech commercialization. So far as our country is concerned, a low degree of commercialization and marketization of achievements of new technology and a slow growth of hi tech commercialization have resulted from such reasons as backwardness in the reform of the system of science and technology, an inadequate supply of hi tech achievements, imperfect functions of commercialization of high technology and industrial investment, etc.
