Capital Market and Economic Development of the Four Ethnic and Pen-ethnic Provinces(Regions)

上市公司数量少、资产规模小、股权结构单一、筹资数额小等问题是制约西北四个民族和准民族省 (区 )资本市场发展的“瓶颈”。西北民族省 (区 )资本市场发展应采取加大新股发行额度面向西北民族省 (区 )倾斜力度 ;注重西北民族省 (区 )的特点 ,提高上市公司资产规模和科技含量 。

The 'bottle neck' problem that prevents the development of capital marmket in the four Northwestern ethnic and pen ethnic provinces(regions) arises because there are only a few on the market companies in these provinces, with a limited size of property, an invariable system of stockholding and a small quantity of collected capital. In order to promote the development of capital market in the above mentioned regions, great priority should be given to these regions in expanding the proportions of fresh shares, improving the capital size and proportions of science and technology, and optimizing the structure of ownership of those on the market companies.
