禅宗公案颂古的象征体系

On the System of Symbolism of the Classic Extolments in the Cases of Chan Sect

禅宗公案孤立地看 ,具有突发性、随机性 ,于剿绝情识中呈显着灵性的感悟 ;宏观地看 ,具有指义性、确定性 ,于肌理稳密中彰显着般若智光 ,组成了一个庞大严整的象征体系。这些公案与吟咏它们的颂古结合起来 ,形成了禅宗公案颂古象征体系。通过对雪窦《颂古百则》和圆悟《碧岩录》的考察 ,我们发现 ,禅宗公案颂古表征着本心论、迷失论、开悟论、境界论。本心论揭示自性澄明超越的浑融特征 ,迷失论反思悖离浑融导致自性沉迷的缘由 ,开悟论提示消解二元对待回归于浑融澄明的方法 ,境界论标举悟者生命清明澄澈的高华情境。揭示禅宗公案颂古体系 ,阐释其禅悟内涵、运思特质、取象方式、美感质性 ,对拓开中国禅学、诗学研究新天地 ,建构 2 1世纪禅悟诗学 。

Specifically speaking, the Cases of Chan Sect is prompt and arbitrary, glittering with the realization of intelligence by eliminating any sort of sentiment. Broadly speaking, it is logical and definite, giving out Buddhist wisdom between the lines, thus shaping a vast rigorous system of symbolism. With those classic extolments, these cases make up the symbolic system of classic extolments in the Cases of Chan Sect. Through an investigation of 'Hundred Classic Extolments' by Xue Dou and 'Notes as the Blue Rock' by Yuan Wu, it is discovered that the classic extolments in the Cases of Chan Sect symbolize the view of true intention, the view of loss, the view of enlightenment and the view of attaining the ideal level. Of these, the view of true intention reveals the true intention characteristic of being distinguishably clear when being transcended; the view of loss reconsiders the reasons for becoming lost deep in one's worldly nature; the view of enlightenment reminds the world of the means of breaking away from binary treatment and resuming the state of being distingshably clear; and the view of attaining the ideal level paises the lofty and noble level of life of the enlightened. Therefore, it is of great significance to opening up a new field of Chan and poetic research in China for shaping the 21th century poetics of Chan enlightenment to reveal the symbloic system of the classic extolments in the Cases of Chan Sect and interpret the implication of its Chan enlightenment, specielity of organization, means of description and aesthetic character.
