外汇储备适度规模静态对比分析的合理性研究

本文介绍外汇储备适度规模的界定与各种测算方法,提出静态对比分析的潜在问题。根据18个国家六个重要经济指标,进行聚类分析,得出结论:由于我国和其他发展中国家在经济结构和国际收支平衡方面的不同,彼此之间无法进行外汇储备适度规模的对比。

This paper introduces the basic concept and a variety of measure methods o f the advisable possession of foreig n reserves.T hen it puts forward the pr oblem about static contrastable analysis.We use the cluster method for a meliorating the ratio methods and make the analysis reason able.According to the six important indicators of 18countries,the paper per orates that our country can' t compare other developing countrie s because they differ from the structure of economy and the state of balance of payments.
