三峡库区生态环境问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Ecological Environ-ment of the Reservoir Areas of the Three Gorges

三峡库区的环境保护与生态建设,对于根治长江水患,确保三峡库区和整个长江流域的长治久安,实现经济与社会的可持续发展,都具有非常重大的意义。本文首先从可持续发展的角度对三峡库区生态环境的污染现状及原因进行剖析,分析了库区生态环境建设面临的各种机遇和挑战,最后指出了解决三峡库区生态环境问题的主要对策。

Both the environment protection and ecological construction in the reservoirareas of the Three Gorges are very important because of their functions of eliminatingfloods, ensuring the safety of the whole river basin of the Changjiang River, andrealizing the sustainable development of economy and society. Based on the analyseson the present status and reasons of eco-environment pollution in the reservoir area,this paper dealt with the opportunities and challenges for harnessing the eco-environ-mental pollution. Accordingly major countermeasures were suggested to solve the eco-environment problems in the area.
