社区基本预防服务项目的界定研究

Identification of Basic Preventive Services at Community level

对社区中已开展和应开展的项目按权威专家们的意见进行优先排序,并根据当前社会经济水平确定基本服务项目的范围。结果表明,计划免疫管理、急性传染病管理和慢性非传染性疾病防治项目是基本服务项目的主要内容;而社区健康信息的收集和管理能保证预防服务项目的开展与发挥效能,应该得到进一步重视。

All community preventive items that were being delivered and should be developed at commnuity were prioritized and ranked through Delphi method. Based on curent financial capacity, basic preventive services in commnuity were identified in ranking item. The results showed that EPI, infectious disease prevention and noncommunicable disease prevention were of the top priority in the basic community preventive services. The collection and management of health information, both from community and individual, should be strengthened in order to direct the basic community preventive services delivery.
