摘要
本文阐述了ME9104化学剂的组份和作用,具有该组份的化学剂能低温破乳,使乳状原油在流动过程中由W/O型变为O/W型,从而起到降粘和防蜡的作用.文内对现场应用效果和经济效益进行了分析.将它加入油井后,因改变了石蜡的结晶结构和原油状态,所以能延长油井的清蜡周期,降低原油粘度,代替脱水所需的破乳剂,最终提高了油井的日产油量,并可实现原油的不加热输送.
After adding the chemicals into oil wells, The conditions of waxy structure and crude oil are changed. Therefore the dewaxing period is extended and the crude oil viscosity decreased. The chemicals replaces the emulsion agent, increases oil production and realizes crude oil non-heating transferring.
