摘要
根据矿物油脂在荧光灯下有荧光反应和不能皂化的特性 ,探讨了食品中矿物油的提取、定性和定量测定的化学方法。该方法快速、简便。
When the fluorescent lamp illuminates the mineral oil, it will produce phosphor dot. The mineral oil cannot be saponificated. According the principle, this paper researches into extraction method of mineral oil from food, its qualitative and quantitative determination method. It's fast, simple and convenient method.
