综述了目前对甲壳素脱乙酰酶 (CDA)的研究状况 ,包括酶的来源、分离纯化及生化性质、酶的基本生化性质、酶的生物学功能 ,利用基因工程的方法选育生产菌株等。并对CDA的应用前景做了展望。

This paper reviews the present researches on chitin deacetylase (CDA). It includes the sources of the enzyme, the purification and research methods of CDA, the basic biochemical properties and biological functions of CDA, and the the breeding of production strain by gene engineering method. Besides, the paper also discusses the possibilities of future application of CDA.
