The application of membrane technology to the dairy industry

针对新兴边缘学科———膜技术在乳品工业中的应用,从膜技术的基本理论方面同传统工艺相比较,突出表现膜分离技术可简化生产工艺,减少废水污染,提高乳品综合利用率,能耗低和效率高,因而具有显著的经济效益和环保作用,故其发展相当迅速,应用也越来越广泛。同时从理论上阐述了膜技术在乳品除菌、乳的标准化、牛乳的浓缩、乳蛋白浓缩、回收产品、乳蛋白质分级分离、乳清脱盐等方面的应用。

The application of the newly emerging interdisciplinary subject,membra ne technology,was introduced.Compared with traditional technology,the membrane t echnology could simplify processing technology,reduce sewage contamination and i mprove utilization of raw milk with energy saving and high efficiently.Due to it s economic benefits and environmental protection effects,membrane technology has been developed and applied rapidly and extensively.Theoretically the applicatio ns of membrane technology in milk sterilization,milk standardization,milk concen tration,milk protein concentration,products recycling,milk protein separation in grade,whey demineralization were reviewed as well.
